1. Delivery terms for ordered products:
Products ordered on the Empreinte-Moi online shop (empreinte-moi.com) will be delivered to the address given by the buyer during the ordering process.
To do so, the buyer must create an account stating all of their contact details (surname, first names, postal and email address, telephone). Missing information will result in the cancellation of the order.
Delivery is free: no shipping costs are charged to the buyer. Products are shipped against signature.
2. Delivery time:
The average delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment for the order.
3. Right of replacement and return:
Without being asked for a reason, you may return the products ordered and purchased on the Empreinte-Moi online shop free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs, within 14 days, using the form enclosed with the products.
The postmark will serve as proof that this time limit has been met. After this date, the products will be deemed to have been duly accepted by the customer, and EURL CBAC reserves the right to refuse to offer a credit note or a refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition, in their packaging and with their label, even if they have been tried on, to the following address:

For returns made within the time limit, any returned product will be refunded within 15 days at most from the date of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be partial, to compensate for the loss of value, if the products have been damaged as a result of improper use.
4. Payment terms for orders:
The prices in force at the time of ordering apply. All prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery costs.
EURL CBAC favours online payments made at the time of ordering by payment card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD).
All payments made on the Empreinte-Moi online shop are secure. The secure payment service of EURL CBAC (empreinte-moi.com) uses the SSL security standard.
We therefore recommend using this payment method.
In any event, EURL CBAC reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods following a creditworthiness or security check.
5. Retention of title clause:
The products remain the property of EURL CBAC until they have been paid for in full.
6. Refusal of orders:
Orders are subject to acceptance by EURL CBAC. No compensation may be claimed under any circumstances if EURL CBAC refuses to process an order for any reason whatsoever.
Products are available subject to stock on the day of the order.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable, EURL CBAC will inform the buyer without delay.
7. Availability:
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. Our product offers are available while stocks last. For products not held in stock in our warehouses.
In this context, information on product availability is provided to you when you place your order.
Errors or changes may exceptionally occur. Should a product become unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or by post.
Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded immediately if your bank account has been debited.
If all or part of the order is unavailable, the refund will be made, at the choice of EURL CBAC, by credit to the customer's bank account or by cheque, no later than thirty days from payment of the sums paid by the customer.
8. Confidentiality and protection of the personal data collected:
The data collected by EURL CBAC is used solely to process the transaction; without this information, the order cannot be fulfilled.
In accordance with the law, the buyer may access and correct their data, upon proof of identity, by writing to contact@empreinte-moi.com.
The data required to process the transaction may be sent to our affiliated companies or service providers as part of processing the order. All personal data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
9. Limitation of liability:
EURL CBAC shall under no circumstances be held liable to third parties for any damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, resulting from the negligence or failure of the buyer or from the buyer's misuse of any products sold in accordance with these terms.
EURL CBAC excludes all legal liability in the event of non-performance of contractual obligations resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including, without this list being exhaustive, internal or external labour disputes, fires, disasters, internal or external breakdowns and, in general, any event that could affect the performance of an order.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the photographs may differ from the Product that will be delivered.
As the Products are made according to the Customer's choice of shapes and fabrics, and according to the measurements provided by the Customer, the photographs and images illustrating the Site are for guidance only and are not contractually binding.
10. Applicable law and disputes:
By browsing this website www.empreinte-moi.com, the visitor agrees that French law shall govern these General Terms and Conditions and any dispute that may arise between them and the selling company or its affiliated companies.
Any dispute arising in any way whatsoever from this visit to the website www.empreinte-moi.com or from the products purchased on this site shall be submitted to the French courts.
